The manufacturing route

Blank

Bar, forging, or casting is selected according to load, geometry, batch size, and project economics.

Rough machining

We establish the base geometry and preserve the allowances required for thermal and finishing operations.

Gear cutting and milling

Profiles, splines, slots, and mating features are produced with later dimensional change in mind.

Heat treatment

Hardening, carburizing, and other cycles are selected according to material, hardness, and operating requirements.

Finishing

Grinding and precision machining restore the required geometry, fits, and surface condition after the thermal cycle.

Inspection and release

Agreed characteristics are verified, documentation is assembled, surfaces are protected, and the batch is prepared for international transport.

03 / Gear manufacturing

A tooth is not a shape.
It is working geometry under load.

Module and tooth count are only the beginning. Profile, helix direction, contact pattern, runout to the datum, heat-treatment distortion, and the final surface all affect performance.

That is why gear cutting is never treated as an isolated operation. It belongs to a route that connects material, heat treatment, datum strategy, finishing, and final inspection.

A machine brand does not replace process engineering. But the right machine still matters.

The controlled network provides access to more than 4,000 machines: turning and milling centers, gear cutting and grinding machines, heat-treatment lines, and inspection systems.

We do not select the loudest nameplate. We select the configuration, condition, tooling, and process capable of producing the exact part repeatedly.

Not a gearbox. Its precision components.

Our specialization is individual drawing-based parts: gears, shafts, axles, housings, and precision components. We do not present component manufacturing as turnkey delivery of a complete assembled unit. A clear boundary of competence is part of quality.
